If you find something on the bus, please turn it in to the Bus Operator. Someone will be glad you did! If you lose something, call the RTA RideLine at 226-1144. The Information Specialist will be able to assist you in determining when that same bus will be due back at your location. RTA is not responsible for any item lost on any RTA property. |

Weekdays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. RTA employs a Customer Service Representative trained to assist you with concerns, commendations or suggestions. The Customer Service Representative will investigate you concerns and respond. When you call, please try to provide as much information as possible. Time of day, route number, direction, location and bus number will help the Customer Service Representative process your call and investigate you concern. You should also provide you name, address and telephone number in order to receive a formal reply. After customer comments are processed, they are kept on file for future reference. |
